AN ACT concerning
Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors — State Board
FOR the purpose of revising the procedures for the
receipt and disbursement of funds collected by the
State Board of Registration for Professional
Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors, and
repealing a certain annual reporting requirement.
BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
Article 75 1/2 — Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors
Section 9 and 10
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 9 and 10 of Article 75 1/2 -
Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

[The secretary of the Board shall receive and account
for all moneys derived under the provisions of this
article, and shall pay the same monthly to the State
Treasurer, who shall keep such moneys in such banks as he
deems proper and such moneys shall become general funds
of the State. Such moneys shall thereafter be disbursed
by the Comptroller only pursuant to an appropriation made
in accordance with §§ 3 2 and 52 of Article 3 of the
Constitution or pursuant to the provisions of §§ 1
through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title
"Budget and Fiscal Planning," as amended from time to
