AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL 110 AND/OR

AMENDMENT NO. 1

State Aid for the Police Protection Fund

On page 3 of the printed bill, strike lines 120
through 122, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"Section 37(b)(2)(D) of Article 15A to change
the figure '$55.00 to $95.00'"

AMENDMENT NO. 2

Public Debt

On page 4 of the printed bill under the program
"Redemption and Interest on State Bonds" and in the line
entitled "General Fund Appropriation", strike out the
numerals "18,500,000" and insert in lieu thereof the
numerals "16,650,000." On line 167 of the printed bill,
strike out the numerals "80,091,926" and insert in lieu
thereof the numerals "78,241,926."

Comptroller of the Treasury — Retail Sales Tax

Division

On page 16 of the printed bill under the heading of
"Retail Sales Tax Division", strike out the program
entitled "Admissions Tax Auditing and Investigations" and
insert in lieu thereof "Admissions Tax Auditing and
Investigating."

On page 92 of the printed bill under the heading of

Secretary" and under the program "Legal Services" strike
