To become available immediately
upon passage of this budget
to supplement appropriations for
fiscal year 1975 to provide that
the limitation of $20.70 per
day, per patient for skilled
nursing home care be revised
to $21.80 per day, per
patient, and that the limita-
tion of $19.60 per day, per
patient for intermediate care
be revised to $20.70 per day,
per patient, effective April 1,
1975, provided that the schedule
of payments to nursing homes and
intermediate care facilities shall
include a maximum profit factor
limited to 10% of costs, or
$1.60 per day, per patient,
whichever is less.
