Preamble

WHEREAS, As an integral part of its responsibility,
Governor Handel in 1970 charged the Governor's Commission
to Revise the Annotated Code to study and make
recommendations concerning related problems in the public
local laws which may be perceived during the course of
Code Commission Activities. In conjunction with the
in—depth research on the Courts Article, related material
in the public local laws of Charles County was discovered
which is in conflict with current provisions of the law
and in adopted style.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 101 and 373 of the Public Local
Laws of Charles County being Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1969 Edition and 1972
Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed:
