BOOK, AND A CLAIMS DOCKET IN ADDITION TO THE CLAIMS
AGAINST THE NONRESIDENT [[DECEDENT]] DECEDENTS BOOK
DESCRIBED IN §5-503.

(E) WILLS RECORD BOOK.

IMMEDIATELY UPON THE ADMINISTRATIVE OR JUDICIAL
PROBATE OF A WILL THE REGISTER SHALL RECORD IT, WITH
EVERY PAPER INCIDENTAL TO PROBATE, IN THE WILLS RECORD
BOOK, AND HE SHALL INDEX IT UNDER THE NAME OF THE
DECEDENT.

(C)   ADMINISTRATION PROCEEDINGS RECORD BOOK.

UPON THE FINAL APPROVAL OF THE FINAL ADMINISTRATION
ACCOUNT, EVERY PAPER RELATIVE TO ADMINISTRATION AND FILED
WITH THE COURT OR REGISTER SHALL BE RECORDED BY THE
REGISTER IN THE ADMINISTRATION PROCEEDINGS RECORD BOOK,
AND INDEXED UNDER THE NAME OF THE DECEDENT.

(D)       RELEASE RECORD BOOK.

EVERY RELEASE SHALL BE PROMPTLY RECORDED BY THE

REGISTER IN THE RELEASE RECORD BOOK, IN THE ORDER OF

THEIR FILING, AND SHALL BE INDEXED UNDER THE NAME OF THE
RELEASOR.

(E)   CLAIMS DOCKET.

EVERY CLAIM FILED WITH THE REGISTER UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF [[§8-104(B)] SECTION 8-104(C) SHALL BE
ENTERED BY HIM IN THE CLAIMS DOCKET PROMPTLY UPON RECEIPT
SO THAT THE RECORD SHALL SHOW THE NAME OF THE CLAIMANT,
THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, AND THE AMOUNT OF THE CLAIM,
EVERY ENTRY RELATING TO AN ESTATE SHALL BE INDEXED UNDER
THE NAME OF THE DECEDENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 93, §2—210. The only changes are in

SUBTITLE 3. APPRAISERS.

2-301. APPOINTMENT BY REGISTER; FEES.

(A)   STANDING APPRAISERS.

THE REGISTER MAY APPOINT A REASONABLE NUMBER OF
STANDING APPRAISERS TO SERVE AT HIS PLEASURE. SUBJECT TO
THE APPROVAL OF THE COMPTROLLER, HE MAY FIX THE
CONDITIONS OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT AND THEIR [[EMUNERATION]]
REMUNERATION.

(B)   WHO MAKES APPRAISAL.
