10.   Other Structures Subject to Permits;

11.   Signs;

12.   Occupancy Permits for Multiple Family
Dwellings, Commercial or Industrial Buildings
or Uses;

13.   Additional inspections as may be required
because of failure to comply with the various
ordinance requirements before occupancy.

Sec. 2. Effective date.

This Act shall take effect on the 76th day following
the date on which it becomes law.

Chapter 33

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact Section 84—28 (Section
52-24, 1972 Code), titled "Certain Transfers Exempt
from Tax," Chapter 84 (Chapter 52, 1972 Code),
titled "Finance and Taxation," of the Montgomery
County Code 1965, to provide that no exemption shall
be granted to a transferor of farm assessed land
unless the transferor be a nonprofit hospital or
nonprofit religious or charitable organization,
association, or corporation, or a municipal, county
or state government, or instrumentality, agency or
political subdivision thereof, to conform to state
law as codified in Section 2-127 of the County Code
(Section 52-20, 1972 Code), and deleting an obsolete
contract provision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL FOR MONTGOMERY
COUNTY, MARYLAND, that -

Sec. 1. Section 84-28 (Section 52-24, 1972 Code),
titled "Certain Transfers Exempt from Tax," Chapter 84
(Chapter 52, 1972 Code) , titled "Finance and Taxation" of
the Montgomery County Code 1965, is hereby repealed and
re—enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
