COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Works," subtitle "Public Utilities," of the Howard
County Code, to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District of Howard County the individual parcel of
land owned by Michael J. Flynn.

WHEREAS, This ACT is made pursuant to Section 18.101
of the Howard County Code which provides that the
Metropolitan District may be enlarged by acts of the
County Council.

WHEREAS, a Petition was submitted to the Director of
Public Works by the owner to incorporate a certain parcel
of land into the Metropolitan District.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 18.124(o) be and is
hereby added to Title 18 of the Howard County Code, title
"Public Works," subtitle "Public Utilities," to read as
follows:

1. THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED AND REFERRED TO PARCEL
OF LAND SHALL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE METROPOLITAN
DISTRICT OF HOWARD COUNTY AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1973:

(A) PROPERTY OWNED BY MICHAEL J. FLYNN AND
LOCATED ON GALES LANE IN RIVER MEADOWS AND FURTHER
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE COUNTY
COUNCIL OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that this Act shall
effect sixty (60) days after enactment.

This Bill, having been approved by the Executive and
returned to the Council, stands enacted on December 5,
1973.
