(21) Accountant
Graduation from a college or university of
recognized standing with major work in BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION; one (1) year of professional accounting
experience; or graduation from a recognized high school
and three (3) years of progressively responsible
experience in a variety of assignments at the level of
principal Account Clerk; or any equivalent combination
education and experience.
(22) Senior Accountant
Graduation from a college or university of
recognized standing with major work in accounting; three
(3) years of professional accounting experience,
preferably including some experience in cost
and/governmental accounting; or any equivalent
combination of education and experience.
(23) Deputy Chief Accountant
Graduation from an accredited college or
university with major work in accounting, business or
public administration; five (5) years of experience in
public finance administration, including experience in
enterprise accounting; or any equivalent combination of
education and experience.
(24). Chief Accountant
Graduation from an accredited college or
university with major work in accounting, business or
public administration; six (6) years of experience in
public finance administration, including experience in
enterprise accounting; or any equivalent combination of
education and experience.
(24a) Management Analyst
Graduation from a university or college or
recognized standing, preferably with specialization in
Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
Public Administration, Operations Research, or Political
Science; or any equivalent combination of education and
experience.
(24b) Management Systems Analyst
Graduation from a university or college of
recognized standing, preferably with specialization in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management
