GRADUATION FROM A UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE OR
RECOGNIZED STANDING, PREFERABLY WITH SPECIALIZATION IN
ECONOMICS, FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION,
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, OPERATIONS RESEARCH, OF POLITICAL
SCIENCE; OR ANY EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE.

(24B) MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ANALYST

GRADUATION FROM A UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE OF
RECOGNIZED STANDING, PREFERABLY WITH SPECIALIZATION IN
FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT
SCIENCE, OPERATIONS RESEARCH OR DATA PROCESSING. FOUR
YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS OR PUBLIC
MANAGEMENT, WITH A LEAST TWO YEARS BEING DIRECTLY
INVOLVED IN THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED
SYSTEMS, OR ANY EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE.

(25)   Keypunch Operator

Graduation from a recognized high school;
sufficient experience to qualify in a performance test in
the operation of standard keypunch machines; or any
equivalent combination of education and experience.

(26)   Data Processing Equipment Operator

Graduation from a recognized high school,
supplemented by courses in application and operation of
punched card tabulating equipment; one (1) year of
experience in the operation of a variety of tabulating
equipment; or any equivalent combination of education and
experience.

(27)   Associate Programmer

Graduation from a recognized high school;
aptitude for programming in assembly language; and
preferably some experience in data processing operations.

(28)   Programmer

Graduation from an accredited college with
major work in business administration or public
administration preferably one (1) year of experience in
data processing or experience as Associate Programmer; or
any equivalent combination of education and experience.

(28a) Senior Programmer

Graduation from an accredited college with
major work in business administration or public
administration; three (3) years of experience in data
