COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
codified as Chapter 35 of said Code (1957 Edition and
Supplements, as added or amended), be, and they are
hereby repealed to the extent that they affect the
northern portion of the Third Assessment District (in
addition to the First, Second, the southern portion of
the Third, Seventh and Eighth Assessment Districts).
SECTION 5, AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That all
ordinances, comprehensive zoning maps or parts of
ordinances or comprehensive zoning maps, inconsistent
with the provisions of the Ordinance are hereby repealed
to the extent of any such inconsistency.
SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", as set forth in Sections
13—300 through 13—344.8, inclusive, of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations",
shall become effective in the northern portion of the
Third Assessment District (in addition to the First,
Second, the southern portion of the Third, Seventh and
Eighth Assessment Districts).
SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
and necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, safety, welfare and property, and
being passed by the affirmative vote of five (5) members
of the County Council the same shall take effect from the
date it becomes law.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Bill No. 113-65 and to
add new Section 19—200 to the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 19,
"Urban Renewal", in lieu thereof, to be under the
new Subtitle 2, "Specific Urban Renewal Areas", to
designate Parcel 1 of U. S. Army Ordnance Depot,
Curtis Creek, as a blighted area and declaring same
to be an urban renewal area; to make certain
technical corrections in the law, and matters
generally related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Bill No. 113—65 be,
and it is hereby repealed, and new Section 19—200, is
hereby added to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
