25, said Parcel A being all of the lands conveyed by
William C. Mitchell and Bessie H. Mitchell, his wife, to
the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning
Commission by deed dated November 17, 1971 and recorded
among the said Land Records in Liber 4014 at Folio 236,
said Parcel A also being Lot 3 and part of Lot 9, Block D
as shown on a plat of subdivision entitle "Wildercroft"
and recorded among the said Land Records in Plat Book
RNR—2, Plat No. 11 and being more particularly described
as follows:

Beginning from the same at a point in the easterly
line of Chestnut Avenue marking the common front corner
of the aforesaid Parcel A and Parcel A, Block D as shown
on a plat of subdivision entitled "Parcel A, Block D,
Wildercroft" and recorded among the aforesaid Land
Records in Plat Book WWW 54, Plat No, 56 and running
thence with the said easterly line of Chestnut Avenue (1)
North 14° 36' 04" East 556.18 feet to a point marking the
common front corner of said Parcel A, New Carrollton
Local Park and Lot 7, Block B, Wildercroft; thence with
the division line between said Parcel A and said Lot 7
(2) South 76° 52' 54" East 450.71 feet to a point in the
westerly or North 05° 37' 51" West, 657.68 foot line as
shown on a plat of subdivision entitled "Section Two,
Oakwood Knolls" and recorded among the aforesaid Land
Records in Plat Book WWW 42, Plat No. 56, said point also
being in the twelfth or North 04° 40' West, 655.75 foot
line of the description of the second 1961 annexation to
the corporate limits and boundaries of the City of New
Carrollton; thence reversely with a part of said westerly
