plates from a jurisdiction which has not entered
into a reciprocal agreement with the State of
Maryland may be made on both odd and even numbered
days, but shall be limited to a maximum of eight
gallons per purchase.

3.     No [sale] PURCHASE of gasoline shall be
made for less than three dollars except (a) for a
vehicle of four cylinders or less, for which the
minimum [sale] PURCHASE shall be two dollars; or (b)
if the service station, by virtue of an insufficient
allocation of gasoline, has itself established a
uniform policy, prominently displayed, of maximum
sales of less than the minima provided herein, in
which event, the service station's uniform policy
shall apply.

4.     The following vehicles shall be excluded
from the provisions of the Order and [may be sold]
gasoline MAY BE PURCHASED FOR THEM on both odd and
even numbered days regardless of registration plate
number.

(a)    Authorized emergency vehicles, as
defined in Article 66 1/2, Section 1-103 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland;

(b)    Vehicles of municipal, county, State or
federal departments, public service companies and
other authorized service vehicles as defined in
Article 66 1/2, Sections 1-103.1 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, upon presentation of proper
identification;

(c)    Funeral hearses, funeral limousines, and
funeral flower coaches;

(d)    Any vehicle operated by a physician or
nurse upon presentation of proper identification;

(e)    Any bus, as defined in Article 66 1/2, §
1-105, school bus, as defined in Article 66 1/2, §
1—181 and taxicab, as defined in Article 66 1/2, §
1-197, except that taxicab shall also include motor
vehicles operated with the approval of the Public
Service Commission on fixed routes and schedules.

(f)    Motorcycles as defined in Article 66
1/2, § 1-150 of the Annotated Code of Maryland;

(g)    Trucks (other than station wagons) as
defined in Article 66 1/2, § 1-205 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland.
