(b) All wholesalers and retailers of
LP gases or propane,
notwithstanding any minimum
storage capacities.

All reports shall be completed and
submitted by the persons and entities
described above, in such manner and on
such forms as may be prescribed by the
Director. All reports shall contain, as
to each product, the following
information:

Present and projected inventories;

Volumes received and dispersed
during the reporting period;

Projected utilisation
of product;

and demand

(d) Such additional information as the
Director requests.

The Director is hereby authorized and
directed to establish such forms and
procedures as may be necessary and
appropriate for the purposes of
implementing this Order.

Determinations by the             Director

concerning the times for      reporting,

reporting periods, reporting      procedures

and contents of reports,      shall not

impose unreasonable burdens     upon the
persons or entities required to file
reports.

Any violation of this Order shall be
punishable as a misdemeanor and shall
subject the offender to a fine of not
more than one hundred dollars ($100.00)
or not more than sixty (60) days
incarceration, or both, upon conviction
thereof.
