MOVEMENT.

(B) ANY BICYCLE MAY BE SECURED TO A PARKING METER
WITHOUT PAYMENT OF THE USUAL FEES, PROVIDED THAT THE
BICYCLE IS ENTIRELY REMOVED FROM THE BED OF THE STREET
NORMALLY USED FOR VEHICULAR PARKING.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section

3-401.2 of this Act shall take effect January 1,1975.

SECTION [[5]] 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1974.

1973 Supplement) to read as follows:
