MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 2909 of a vehicle by this subtitle, INCLUDING THE DUTIES SET FORTH IN SECTION 11-504 OF THIS SUBTITLE, except as to special regulations in this part and except as to those provisions of this article which by their nature can have 11-1203. (a) [[A]] NO person propelling a bicycle shall [[not]] ride other than upon or astride a permanent and (b) No bicycle shall be used to carry [[more persons at one time than the number for which]] PASSENGERS UNLESS it is designed [[or]] FOR AND equipped 11-1204. No person riding upon any bicycle, PLAY VEHICLE, coaster, skateboard, roller skates, sled, or toy vehicle HOWEVER, THIS PROHIBITION SHALL NOT APPLY TO LOG SKIDS, DRAGS, OR FARM SLEDS WHEN USED IN AGRICULTURAL OR FORESTRY PRACTICES. 11-1205. (a) Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, EXCEPT WHEN MAKING OR ATTEMPTING OR WHEN PASSING A STOPPED OR SLOWER-MOVING VEHICLE, exercising due care when passing a [[standing]] vehicle (b) Persons riding bicycles ([upon a roadway]] IN A PUBLIC BICYCLE AREA shall not ride more than two abreast [[except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles]]. PERSONS RIDING BICYCLES UPON A STREET OR ROADWAY SHALL RIDE IN SINGLE FILE. [[(c) Wherever a usable path for bicycles has been (A) Notwithstanding any other provision of this [[limits]] LIMIT exceeds [[35]] 50 miles per hour, or upon any controlled-access highway EXCEPT UPON AN 11-1205.1.
