SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
127C of Article 23 - Corporations, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement)
be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Article 23 — Corporations

127C.

Any notice required by law to be served upon any
corporation of this State, or upon any foreign
corporation required by any statute of this State to have
a resident agent in this State, by personal service upon
a resident agent or other agent or officer of such
corporation, may be served upon such corporation in the
manner provided in [§758 of Article 75] §6-307 OF THE
COURTS ARTICLE OF THE CODE, for the service of process
under the same circumstances, and such service shall be
equivalent to personal service upon a resident agent or
other agent or officer of such corporation.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
125C, 4068, 406C, 585, 594A, and 639A(a) (5) of Article 27
— Crimes and Punishments, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be
and they are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments

125C.

Nothing in this subtitle shall be construed or given
effect to prevail over the wiretapping provisions in §585
of this article and in [§§ 92 to 99, inclusive, of
Article 35 of this Code 3 §§ 10-401 THROUGH 10-410 OF THE
COURTS ARTICLE.

406B.

Any person under the age of twenty—one years
violating the provisions of this subtitle shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon a conviction thereof
in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be
sentenced to pay a fine of not more than three hundred
dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned in jail for a period not
exceeding sixty (60) days, or both fined and imprisoned
in the discretion of the court. Jurisdiction over those
minors who are within the age of juvenile court
