Allegany County - Cumberland Municipal Airport Commission

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners
of Allegany County to make grants under certain
conditions to the Cumberland Municipal Airport
Commission.

BY adding to

The Public Local Laws of Allegany County
Section 65(c)

Article 1 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 65(c) be and it is hereby
added to the Public Local Lavs of Allegany County being
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement), to read as follows:

(C) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY MAKE GRANTS TO
THE CUMBERLAND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION IN WHATEVER
AMOUNTS AS MAY BE DETERMINED FROM TIME TO TIME BY
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County — State's Attorney's and Deputy
and Assistant State's Attorneys' Retirement

FOR the purpose of requiring the Prince George's County
Commissioners to pay those employers' and members'
contributions to the State Employees' Retirement
System which will enable the State's Attorney and
Deputy and Assistant State's Attorneys to receive
credit for service at the State's Attorney's office
rendered prior to joining the System or prior to a
