Wherever a particular place for transacting the
business for which a license is obtained is specified in
the license, if the party removes, he may carry on said
business at the place to which he may remove; provided
the cleric shall endorse such removal on the license,
which he is hereby directed to do on application.
HOWEVER, WITHIN THE CONFINES OF BALTIMORE COUNTY THE
CLERK OF THE COURT MAY NOT ENDORSE SUCH REMOVAL OF THE
LICENSE UNTIL APPROVAL OF THE NEW LOCATION HAS BEEN
SECURED FROM THE ZONING COMMISSIONER OR HIS DESIGNATED
AGENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
