SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

AN ACT concerning

Sale — Big Game Stamp

FOR the purpose of enabling the Department of Natural
Resources to designate any person engaged in a
retail business as an agent to sell big game stamps
under certain conditions and in a prescribed manner;
and deleting the restriction on businesses where
distilled spirits are sold for consumption on the
premises to allow agents to sell hunting licenses

and Big__Game stamps upon consignment on terms

specified by the Department of Natural Resources.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Volume) be and it is hereby repealed re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
