AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicles — Title Certificates and Fees

FOR the purpose of requiring registered vehicle dealers
of certain motorcycles and trailers to obtain
written application for certificate of title and
prescribed fees,, and forward them to the Motor
Vehicle Administration, permitting dealers to
receive a certain credit for performing this
service, and clarifying language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 3-113(c) and 3-832(a) of Article
66—1/2 - Vehicle Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
