All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the
provisions of this subtitle are repealed to the extent of
their inconsistency; provided, however, nothing herein
contained shall be taken as restricting any control which
the State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the
Department of [Geology, Mines and Water Resources]
NATURAL RESOURCES are empowered to exercise in the
sanitary district.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
