Section 7-501(b)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter 11 (S.B. 133) of the

1974 Regular Session of the General Assembly)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-501(b) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by
Chapter 11 (S.B. 133) of the 1974 Regular Session of the
General Assembly) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

7-501.

(b) Exceptions to an account must be filed with
the register within [30] 20 days of the approval of the
account by the court. Exceptions may not be filed
concerning an item which has become final and binding
under §7—502. Copies of exceptions shall be mailed by
the exceptant to the personal representative.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
