(G) THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AND

TAXATION SHALL PROMULGATE RULES AND REGULATIONS TO

IMPLEMENT THIS SUBTITLE. THE RENTER SHALL BE GIVEN

NOTICE OF THE POSSIBLE RELIEF UNDER THIS SECTION.

(H) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF SECTION 300
OF THIS ARTICLE, THE COMPTROLLER SHALL SUPPLY TO THE
SUPERVISOR OF ASSESSMENTS, UPON APPLICATION, THE
INFORMATION TO AID VERIFICATION OF INCOME, AS THE CASE
MAY BE, AS STATED IN THE APPLICATION.

SECTION 3.__AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the

effect and implementation of this Act shall be contingent
upon a revenue bill being passed by the General Assembly
and signed by the Governor prior to June 1, 1975 to
specifically fund the provisions of this Act, in which
event this Act shall be implemented at the time the
revenues become available.

SECTION [[3]] 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That ,
subject to the provisions of Section 3 above, this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
