IN A GENERAL ELECTION A POLITICAL PARTY MAY SPEND IN AREA FROM WHICH THE CANDIDATE SEEKS TO BE ELECTED IN ADDITION TO THE EXPENDITURE LIMIT SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH (G) PROVISIONS IN SECTION 30-3 SHALL NOT BE 30-4. FAIR CAMPAIGN FINANCING FUND. (A) CREATION OF FUND. THERE IS ESTABLISHED THE "FAIR CAMPAIGN FINANCING (B) GENERAL ALLOCATION OF THE FUND. [[THE STATE BOARD MAY NOT ALLOCATE MORE THAN TWO (1) 25 PERCENT TO BE AVAILABLE FOR CAMPAIGNS FOR (2) 40 PERCENT TO BE AVAILABLE FOR CAMPAIGNS FOR (3) 35 PERCENT TO BE AVAILABLE FOR CAMPAIGNS FOR ELECTION TO ANY OTHER OFFICE FOR WHICH AN EXPENDITURE LIMITATION IS PROVIDED IN SECTION 30-3[[.]], EXCEPT THAT MONEY FROM THE FUND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE TO FINANCE A PUBLICLY ELECTED POLITICAL PARTY OFFICE.
