(C)    "COMMISSION" MEANS THE FAIR CAMPAIGN FINANCING
COMMISSION.

(D)    "COMPTROLLER" MEANS THE STATE COMPTROLLER OF
THE TREASURY.

(E)    "COUNTY" INCLUDES BALTIMORE CITY.

(F)    "DONATION" MEANS PUBLIC CAMPAIGN DONATION.

(G)    "FAIR CAMPAIGN FINANCING FUND" MEANS THE FUND
CONSISTING OF THE RECEIPTS OF THE FAIR CAMPAIGN TAX, THE
VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS PROVIDED IN §30-10 AND THE FINES
PROVIDED IN § 30-9, AND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE
COMPTROLLER AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE 81 §§ 478-480.

(H) "FAIR CAMPAIGN TAX" MEANS THE TAX LEVIED AND
COLLECTED ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 81 §478.

(I) "FUND" MEANS THE FAIR CAMPAIGN FINANCING FUND.

(J) "PUBLIC CAMPAIGN DONATION" MEANS A SUM
DISBURSED FROM THE FAIR CAMPAIGN FINANCING FUND TO A
CANDIDATE FOR ELECTIVE OFFICE ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS SUBTITLE.

30-3. QUALIFICATION FOR PUBLIC CAMPAIGN DONATION.

(A)    IN GENERAL.

A PERSON IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A PUBLIC CAMPAIGN
DONATION ON COMPLETION OF THE FOLLOWING:

(1)    MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BECOMING A
CANDIDATE FOR PUBLIC OFFICE AS PROVIDED IN THIS ARTICLE
AND OBTAINING AN AFFIDAVIT TO THIS EFFECT FROM THE
APPROPRIATE BOARD;

(2)    SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF
SUBSECTION (B) AND § 30-4;

(3)    APPLICATION TO THE COMMISSION FOR A
PUBLIC CAMPAIGN DONATION;

(4)    ANY FORM THAT MAY BE REASONABLY
PRESCRIBED BY THE COMMISSION; AND

(5)    SIGNING AN AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE ALL THE
CAMPAIGN INFORMATION THAT MAY BE REASONABLY REQUESTED BY
THE COMMISSION.

(B)    SIGNATURES FOR DONATION.
