THE CURRENT REGISTRATION FEE, PLUS AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE
TOTAL OF THE REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE INTERVENING YEARS
BUT NOT TO EXCEED $15.00, IS PAID TO THE BOARD. THE
BOARD MAY REVOKE OR SUSPEND THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF
ANY HOLDER WHO FAILS TO REGISTER WITH THE BOARD FOR A
PERIOD OF THREE SUCCESSIVE YEARS.

THE STATE BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY SHALL ADOPT RULES AND
PROCEDURES SO AS TO REQUIRE ALL CERTIFICATE HOLDERS
ENGAGED IN THE PRACTICE OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY TO
PERIODICALLY PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THEY HAVE COMPLIED
WITH CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, TO BE PRESCRIBED
BY THE BOARD, TO BE MET FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE HOLDERS
OF SUCH CERTIFICATES, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THEIR
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCE, AS A CONDITION TO
CONTINUED RELICENSING TO PRACTICE PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY.]]
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning
Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax — Action to Recover — Limitations
FOR the purpose of making the motor vehicle fuel tax a
personal debt, authorizing the Comptroller to sue to
recover the same, providing limitations on such
actions under certain circumstances, and relating
generally to the recovery of motor vehicle fuel
taxes.
