(2) Weekly Benefits for Partial Unemployment.
Each eligible individual who is unemployed in any week
shall be paid with respect to such week a benefit in an
amount equal to his weekly benefit amount plus allowance
for dependents, less that part of the wages (if any)
payable to hist with respect to such week which is in
excess of $10.00; provided that such amount of benefits,
if not a multiple of $1.00, shall be computed to the
nearest multiple of $1.00 except that if such amount ends
in .50 it shall be carried to the next higher multiple of
$1.00.

(c) Each individual who is eligible to receive
benefits for unemployment with respect to any week shall
be paid with respect to such week an allowance for
dependents of three dollars for each of but not more than
four of such individual's children, stepchildren, or
legally adopted children, who at the beginning of the
