SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That new Sections 50, 51 and 52, under the new
subtitle "Automotive Repair Facilities'*, be and they are
hereby added to Article 83 — Sales and Notices, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and
1973 Supplement) to read as follows:

AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITIES

AS USED IN THIS SUBHEADING, "AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR
FACILITY" MEANS ANY PERSON, CORPORATION, ASSOCIATION, OR
ANY GARAGE OR OTHER BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT OPERATED FOR
FINANCIAL PROFIT WHICH DIAGNOSES OR CORRECTS MALFUNCTIONS
OF MOTOR VEHICLES. [[SUBJECT TO REGISTRATION UNDER THIS
ARTICLE, OR REBUILDS, ALTERS, OR RECONDITIONS A MOTOR
