derived from Art. 36, § 12 (c) (8), and
paragraph [[(11)]] (12) is derived from Art.
36, § 12(c)(2). Subsection (c) is derived
from Art. 36, § 12(d)(2) and subsection (d) is
derived from Art. 36, § 12(d)(3) of the Code.
Paragraph (11) is new language added at the
request of the Chief Administrative Judge of
District Number 3 of the District Court, to
conform to existing practice. Subsection (e),
is derived from the second sentence in Art.
36, §12(d)(3) of the Code. The only changes
are in style.
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
Revisor's Notes contained in this Act shall not become
law or be considered to have been enacted as a part of
this Act.
SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

Program Open Space — Baltimore City
FOP the purpose of changing the purpose for which
Baltimore City may use certain Program Open Space
funds in order to use such funds for any
recreational facilities owned and operated by the
City and providing for the effect of this Act on
other laws.
