MARYLAND DURING THE YEAR.

(C)    ANY INDIVIDUAL APPLYING FOR INITIAL
REGISTRATION UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL BE EXEMPTED FROM
THIS REQUIREMENT, AND THE BOARD MAY, AT ITS DISCRETION,
REGISTER ANY LICENSEE IF THE LICENSEE PROVES SUBSEQUENT
COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 6-205 of Article 66 1/2 — Vehicle
Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed.
