(B) ANY BICYCLE MAY BE SECURED TO A PARKING METER

ENTIRELY REMOVED FROM THE BED OF THE STREET NORMALLY USED

ANY PUBLIC BICYCLE AREA WHICH DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE

REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR. ]]

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
enactment of Section 3—401.2 as provided in Section 2 of
this Act shall take effect January 1, 1975.

SECTION [[3]] 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That

subject to the provisions of Section 3 above, this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
