FUNDS IT RECEIVES FOR THIS PURPOSE.

(E) THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 7.03 OF THIS ARTICLE
DO NOT APPLY TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of exempting Dorchester County from the
laws of the State relating to Sabbath Breaking,
except those concerning alcoholic beverages, bowling
alleys, tenpin alleys, duckpin alleys, or poolrooms;
and making this Act subject to the outcome of a
referendum.
