AN ACT concerning

Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation

FOR the purpose of creating the Maryland Agricultural
Land Preservation Foundation; providing the
legislative intent for the creation of the
Foundation; providing for the powers, duties and
funding of the Foundation; requiring the Foundation
to make a certain report; authorizing the Secretary
of the Department of Agriculture to make staff and
facilities available to the Foundation; providing a
certain form for a certain deed; providing for the
composition, terms, duties and reimbursement of the
Board of Trustees of the Foundation; providing the
damages to be awarded for the taking of land in
which the Foundation has an interest; providing for
a tax credit; and generally relating to the Maryland
Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation.
