Real Property — Condominium Act

FOR the purpose of revising, restating and recodifying
the laws of this State relating and pertaining to
condominiums and repealing the prior Horizontal
Property Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 11-101 through 11-127 of the Real
Property Article, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As
enacted by Chapter 12 (S.B. 200) of the 1974 regular
Session of the General Assembly) be and they are hereby
repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 11-101 through [[11-127]] 11-128 be and they are
hereby added to Article — Real Property, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (As enacted by Chapter 12 (S.B. 200) of
the 1974 regular Session of the General Assembly) to read
as follows:
