FUNDS APPROPRIATED OR REIMBURSED TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF NATURAL RESOURCES FROM THE LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION
FUND, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, SHALL BE USED
TO SUPPLEMENT THE ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF
THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND OTHER ELIGIBLE
STATE AGENCIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES. THE
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES SHALL REPORT TO THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY ALL RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS OF THESE
FUNDS BEGINNING ON JULY 1, 1974 AND ON EACH JULY 1
THEREAFTER.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

Frederick County — Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of clarifying to which establishments in
Frederick County a certain alcoholic beverage
license may not be issued, defining "franchised
establishment", clarifying language and making this
Act an emergency matter.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 51 (c) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
