hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 77 — Public Education
160A.

(A)    The Board of Education of Prince George's
County is authorized to negotiate, in the same manner as
prescribed in this chapter, with organizations which
represent FULL-TIME noncertificated public school
employees.

(B)    THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF PRINCE GEORGE'S
COUNTY SHALL NEGOTIATE AN ORGANIZATIONAL SECURITY
PROVISION, COMMONLY KNOWN AS "AGENCY SHOP", WITH
ORGANIZATIONS WHICH REPRESENT FULL-TIME NONCERTIFICATED
PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEES.,

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County Water and Sewer Plans — Incorporation of

Subsidiary Plans

FOR the purpose of requiring the governing body of
[[each]] Harford county to advise the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene if it does not approve and
incorporate in the county plan the subsidiary plans
of town, municipal corporations and sanitary
districts and give reasons therefor, and authorizing
the Department to arbitrate and determine whether or
not to approve and incorporate such subsidiary plan
in the county plan,

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.
