SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 11, 12 and 13 of Article 75 1/2 -
Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and
1973 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

An annual roster showing the names and [places of
business] MAILING ADDRESSES of all professional engineers
and all professional land surveyors and property line
surveyors shall be kept by the secretary of the Board and
a copy shall be sent free to each registrant upon
renewal. Copies of this roster shall be placed on file
with the Secretary of State and furnished to the public
at a reasonable cost to be established by the Board.
Each registrant shall advise the Board not later than
June 30 of each year, on a form provided by the secretary
of the Board, the name, [and] place of business, AND
MAILING ADDRESS, of the registrant and other such data
deemed pertinent by the Board. The names of those
registrants who do not pay the renewal fee prior to July
1 of each year shall not be included in the next issue of
the printed roster.
12.
Application for registration as a professional
engineer, for certification as an engineer—in—training,
for registration as a professional land surveyor or for
certification as a land surveyor—in—training or for
registration as a property line surveyor shall be on a
form prescribed and furnished by the Board; shall contain
statements made under oath showing the applicant's
education and a detailed summary of his technical
experience; shall contain not less than five references,
