AM ACT concerning

Retirement Systems — Employees of Race Tracks

FOR the purpose of including in the Employees' Retirement
System of Maryland those employees of race tracks
licensed by the Maryland Racing commission who are
employed by the Commission in the capacity of
inspector, guard, scientist, auditor, veterinarian,
and other positions; requiring the employing race
tracks to pay contributions with respect to social
security benefits and benefits under the Employees1
Retirement System of Maryland, and allowing these
employees to receive credit for service prior to
July 1, 1974 but only under certain conditions; and
correcting an error.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments.

the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume
and 1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
