AN ACT concerning

Higher Education — Aid to Nonpublic Institutions

FOR the purpose of providing an additional qualification
which certain nonpublic institutions of higher
education must meet in order to receive State aid
apportionments, altering the formula by which such
aid is computed for fiscal year 1975 and for
subsequent years, and relating generally to State
aid to nonpublic institutions of higher education.
