SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 4-802.1 be and it is hereby
added to Article — Natural Resources,, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1974 Volume) to read as follows:

4-802.1

ANY CRABS CAUGHT IN THE WATERS OF [[THE STATE]]
WORCESTER COUNTY SHALL BE LANDED IN THE STATE. HOWEVER,
THE DEPARTMENT MAY WAIVE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
[[SUBSECTION]] SECTION IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, NECESSITY,
OR FOR OTHER GOOD CAUSE.

[[SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1974]] SECTION 2. AND BE
IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is hereby declared to
be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three—fifths of all the members elected to each of the
two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicle Casualty — Insurance

FOR the purpose of including loss of use of a motor
vehicle and cost of obtaining an estimate of repairs
in the provision requiring immediate settlement of
property damage claim resulting from motor vehicle
accidents.
