IN ACT concerning
Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's County — Consumer Protection

FOR the purpose of establishing an advisory board on
Consumer Affairs for the tri—county area of Calvert,
Charles and Saint Mary's Counties; providing for the
membership; establishing duties and powers of the
board; providing certain remedies for consumers and
relating generally to advisory board on consumer
affairs.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 54A (1) to (t) be and they
are hereby added to the Public Local Laws of Charles
County being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1969 Edition and 1972 Supplement, as added
by Chapter 573 of the Acts of 1970.) to read as follows:
