MONDAY MORNING

(d) [On Sundays, daring the hours of 12:30 p.m.
and 1:00 a.m. the following Monday, prevailing time,
bona fide hotels and restaurants and taverns holding a
seven (7) day Class B beer, wine and liquor license under
§ 19 (m) and § 21 (i-1) of this article shall be
permitted to serve alcoholic beverages for consumption on
the premises, or to conventions or such other groups as
may be approved by the board of license commissioners, in
accordance with the provisions of §§ 25(k) and 25 (k-1)
of this article. On Sundays, during the hours of 12:30
p.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following Monday prevailing time,
bona fide concessioners at the Ocean City Convention Hall
holding a seven (7) day Class B or Class C beer, wine and
liquor license under § 19 (m—1) of this article shall be
permitted to sell, barter, deliver, give away or
otherwise dispose of alcoholic beverages for consumption
on the premises of the convention Hall if so authorized
by the Ocean City Convention Hall Commission. ]

(1)    HOLDERS OF SEVEN DAI LICENSES UNDER
SECTION 19(M) AND SECTION 21(J) ALSO MAY SERVE ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES TO CONVENTIONS OR ANY OTHER GROUPS APPROVED BY
THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 25(K) AND SECTION 25(K-1).

(2)    HOLDERS OF SEVEN DAI LICENSES UNDER
SECTION 19(N) MAY SELL AT RETAIL, BARTER, DELIVER, GIVE
AWAY OR OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
