shall be not less than $500,000.00.
The annual fee for such a license shall be
$2,000.00.

[(i—1) In Worcester County, these licenses
shall be issued only within the corporate limits of Ocean
City, and the annual fee for a six—day license shall be
one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). The annual license fee
for a seven—day license shall be one thousand two hundred
fifty dollars ($1,250.00). All license fees shall go to
the general funds of the county except where the licensed
premises are in an incorporated town, in which event
seventy—five percent (75%) of the funds shall go to the
incorporated town. All of said licensees shall purchase
all liquors and wines from the liquor control board for
Worcester County, and shall be charged therefor fifteen
percent (15%) less than the retail price of the liquor
control board for such liquors and wines. The hours for
sale shall be as provided in § 106 (c) of this article.]
(1) IN WORCESTER COUNTY, THE LICENSES SHALL BE
ISSUED ONLY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF OCEAN CITY.
(2) THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THE SIX DAY LICENSE IS
$1,000.
(3) THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THE SEVEN DAY LICENSE IS
$1,250.
(4) SEVEN DAY LICENSE HOLDERS MAY SELL BEER, WINE
AND LIQUOR (ON-SALE) AND BEER AND LIGHT WINE (OFF-SALE).
(5) ALL LICENSE FEES SHALL GO TO THE GENERAL FUNDS
OF THE COUNTY. HOWEVER, IF THE LICENSED PREMISES ARE IN
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, 75 PERCENT OF THE FEES SHALL GO
TO THAT MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
(6) ALL LICENSEES SHALL PURCHASE ALL WINES AND
LIQUORS FROM THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD FOR WORCESTER
COUNTY. THEY SHALL BE CHARGED 85 PERCENT OF THE RETAIL
PRICE SET BY THE BOARD FOR THE WINES AND LIQUORS.
(7) THE HOURS FOR SALE ARE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION
106 (C) .
[(i—2)] (K) In Cecil County the annual fee for such
licenses shall be seven hundred and fifty dollars
($750.00) .
