SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That

Sections 19(n) and (o) , and 21(i-2) and (j),
respectively, of Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement
Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and they are hereby
renumbered to be Sections 19(o) and (p) , and 21(k)
and (1), respectively; and that

Sections 9(k) , 11(n), 14(1), 16(j), 19(m), 19(m-1),
21(i—1) and 106(d) of said Article, Code and title
be and they are hereby repealed; and that

new Sections 9(k), 11(n), 14(1), 16(j), 19(m),
19(n), 21(j) and 106(d) be and they are hereby added
to said Article, Code and title; and that

Sections 106(c)(2), (4), (6), (8), (9) and (10) of
said Article, Code and title, be and they are hereby
repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, and all to
read as follows:

(k) [In Worcester County the annual six (6) day
license fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00). The
annual seven (7) day license fee, which shall be
available only in the tenth election district, shall be
two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00). The hours for sale
shall be as provided in § 106 (c) of this article.]

FOLLOWING TYPES OF LICENSES ARE:

SIX DAY - $200

(II) SEVEN DAY, APPLIED COUNTYWIDE (EXCLUSIVE
OF TENTH ELECTION DISTRICT) - $225

(III) SEVEN DAY, TENTH ELECTION DISTRICT ONLY

(2)         THE HOURS FOR SALE ARE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION
106(C).
