Section 88A

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 88A be and it is hereby added
to Article 40 — General Assembly, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement)
to read as follows:

Article 40 — General Assembly

88A.

ALL LIVING, FORMER MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
UPON PROPER REQUEST TO THE HALL OF RECORDS, SHALL BE
FURNISHED, FREE OF COST, A COPY OF THE MARYLAND MANUAL.
THE COPY SHALL BE THE ONE MOST RECENTLY PRINTED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
