beverages by certain classes of licensees at certain
tines in Calvert County.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

Section 95(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 95(b) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages
95.

(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of lav, in
Calvert County sales shall be permitted by a Class A,
beer licensee, Class A, beer, vine and liquor licensee.
Class B, beer licensee [and] Class B, beer, vine and
liquor licensee (including sales of package goods by
same) AND CLASS D BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSEE between
the hours of 6 o'clock a.m and two o'clock a.m of each
day including Sunday. [Sales shall be permitted by a
Class B, beer, vine and liquor licensee at all hours
except between the hours of 2 o'clock a.m. and 6 o'clock
a.m. of each day.]
