MARVIN MANDEL, Governor                             1811

DECLINES to purchase the property, it shall be sold at
public sale for the highest cash price obtainable and the
proceeds [thereof] shall be placed in the Annuity Bond
Fund.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Sheriffs — Collection of Fees

FOR the purpose of repealing the present provision of law
concerning the collection of certain fees by
sheriffs, and enacting a new section establishing a
uniform set of fees which the sheriffs of all
counties and Baltimore City shall collect in certain
cases, and providing for the reimbursement of
certain expenses to the sheriff.
