building. This section does not apply to the City of
Annapolis.

This section shall not apply to any transfer or
assignment of a license located within such distance.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
