MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 1755 (L) "SYSTEM" MEANS THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT (M) "TERMINATION OF SERVICE" MEANS THE PERMANENT (1) HE RETIRES AT THE AGE OF 70 YEARS AS REQUIRED (2) HE VOLUNTARILY RETIRES AFTER REACHING THE AGE (3) HE RESIGNS BECAUSE OF DISABILITY BEFORE (4) HE IS RETIRED BY ORDER OF THE COURT OF (5) HE RESIGNS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY OTHER REASON, (6) HE DIES WHILE IN OFFICE; OR (7) HE SERVED UNDER AN APPOINTMENT WHICH REQUIRED (8) HE SERVED A TERM WHICH HAS EXPIRED, AND HE WAS (9) HIS OFFICE IS ABOLISHED. (A) A JUDGE, AFTER TERMINATION OF HIS SERVICE, (B) IF A JUDGE HAS REACHED THE AGE OF 60 YEARS AT (C) A JUDGE WHO RETIRES AND ACCEPTS THE PENSION |
