BY THE STATE IN THE ALLOCATION OR ASSIGNMENT OF ENERGY
SUPPLIES.

(B) ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUBSECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION
[[IS SUBJECT TO]] MAY BE SENTENCED FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO
[[60 days]] 6 MONTHS INCARCERATION OR TO A FINE NOT
EXCEEDING [[$5,000]] $1,000, OR BOTH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Workmen's Compensation — Maximum Weekly Benefits

FOR the purpose of changing the maximum weekly benefits
payable for use of persons entitled to payments for
permanent total and temporary total disability under
the Workmen's Compensation Law and providing that
this Act shall only apply to certain persons.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

(1964 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to
